Additional Fees & Information

The enrollment fee is $50.00 per student and must be submitted with the completed enrollment form. This fee is nonrefundable. No student application will be processed unless the enrollment fee is attached and all outstanding balances are resolved.

Beginning with the 2018-2019 school year, all financial transactions will be processed through the FACTS Tuition Management system. Tuition, fees and invoiced services for after school supervision, lunch accounts, sports fees, etc. will be billed and collected through this system. SCS can, if necessary, assist families in establishing accounts and choosing automated payment options via that system.

Each family will be given instructions for setting up their FACTS account once they enroll. An annual fee per family will be required to set up a FACTS account ($50 for the 10-month payment plan and $20 for the annual and semi-annual plans).

This fee includes all the student’s books and curriculum materials, testing costs, lab costs, student accident insurance and other costs associated with the student’s enrollment. Student fees are not refundable. All books and curriculum material are the property of SCS.

Graduation programs are scheduled in May. Kindergarten and senior high graduation programs are scheduled separately. The fee is billed at the beginning of the second semester.

Full-Day K3 – 6th grades: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Before/After School Hours
Cost: $3.00 per hour per student

Session 1 (no cost): 7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.
Session 2: 3:10 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Any student left at school after 3:10 p.m. will be sent to after school care and charged accordingly. Because of insurance and liability concerns, all students (elementary and high school) will be sent to after care unless they are participating in an official school activity. Athletes must make arrangements to leave at the end of practices; otherwise, they will be expected to attend after care until they are signed out by a parent or guardian. For each student not picked up by 6:00 p.m. there is a $15.00 penalty and an additional charge of $1.00 for each minute.

The cost for music lessons is $510.00 for 30 half-hour ($17 per half-hour) lessons during the school year. The lessons are given after school or during the day as appropriate. Please complete a music enrollment form and return it to the school office if you are interested.

Lunch prices are announced at the Parent Orientation Night before the start of the school year.

All students participating in soccer, basketball, volleyball, or baseball will be charged a sports fee. The fees will vary by sport and will be announced at the beginning of each season. Fees will be billed after the student has been selected for the team. The fee is non-refundable.
